We absolutely loved our stay at Hope Inn! The proprietors were very warm and friendly, more than happy to show us around the place and get settled in. Once we had some time to absorb the peaceful surroundings, we realized what a unique setting this Inn has - a great view of the nearby creek and the foothills to the West, with so much wildlife around. My wife has extreme OCD that can make finding a place to stay a challenge. We've stayed in 6 different hotels so far this trip and this one was her favorite. It was extremely clean! She has a habit of obsessively checking the beds and pillows but didnt even feel the need to at this hotel. The amenities were great and we will definitely stay here again the next time we travel this way.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff.

Beautiful bed and breakfast in great location. Was shocked to see in paperwork no smoking is allowed anywhere on grounds even outside. Had a pleasant stay, was private enough nobody hassled us as we smoked outside. The issue made me uncomfortable, but was not a problem.

Nice clean and spacious rooms, convenient location, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Overall we had a very nice stay!

The bathroom door will not stay open without a shim which we obtained from a janitor. It's inconvenient.

Great breakfast (loved the waffle machine to make your own waffle according to my daughter), the room was big and very clean and lots of towels. Great location too

My experience at this hotel was fantastic. The staff were great, my room was clean and comfortable, and the services and amenities were excellent. It is also not too far from Chico, however for those who want to be in Chico itself then this is not a good option.

Only stayed 1 night but it was very nice. Room was large, comfortable, big bathroom with a deep tub/shower. Beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked great. After staying in multiple hotels this week, I really have to praise the free breakfast. The hot food was delicious.

Great little hotel in Fall River. Easy check in with keyless entry. Seems recently renovated. The room was very nicely done and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

I love this place. There are only 3 or 4 cabins, or rooms, to each structure. And, there are about 3 different building structures. Each row of cabins are wood construction. It reminds me of summer camp. Each section is distanced from the other ones, and they wind around the large property. There are many trees and it feels like you are in the woods.
