"This is the third time we have stayed here and will be booking it again for an upcoming visit to see family. It’s central and clean. The staff are really helpful. It’s a fun place to stay because every weekend there is live music and dancing in the courtyard, so a great atmosphere! Plenty of restaurants too. My only complaint which was an issue for me, was the fridge was broken and couldn’t be sorted as it was a Bank Holiday weekend and the hotel was at100% capacity. Regardless, we will return. "

"Stayed for one night & would definitely stay again. Room (on 5th floor) was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good. The staff member on reception was friendly & attentive. A good value place to stay, close to transport & centre."

"The hotel was comfortable and centrally located. The staff were friendly and helpful and proximity to the Winter Gardens was a big plus. However, this hotel has a number of problems relating to access. When we arrived by taxi from the station there was no obvious way into the hotel and no signage to help, a real problem for someone with mobility problems. Also, given that the ground floor overlooks the Winter Gardens it is both frustrating and totally absurd that access to the Gardens is blocked from the hotel. Surely a system involving key cards or a code could be devised that would afford both access and security. It is something that takes away from the attraction of staying at the hotel - a definite negative."

"Our stay at the hotel was brilliant quick and easy check in and after driving to Sheffield from Glasgow the cookie on arrival was a lovely touch. The room was spacious and very clean . Bar area was vey airy and staff were very attentive . The star of the show was Victoria who was working at breakfast time . Bubbly very chatty and funny had a great welcome for each guest a credit to your hotel and company ."
