Great Staff

This is a great hotel, which is only a 15 minute walk from the Dubai Mall. Everything about my room was great; very comfortable bed, spacious room, lots of storage, and a large shower. The staff are excellent and willing to answer any question. The food in the restaurant is also excellent. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Dubai.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights only. Had some issues during check-in (they initially put me in a simpler room on the 6th floor. I complained and they moved me to a room similar to the one I saw in the pictures when I booked). Other than that, everything was great. The property is in downtown and walking distance to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. The service is five star. You will not find this service in American or European hotels.

Very good and reliable place to stay

The hotel setting is beautiful and serene with the 3 km river running through it, pool, kids play, waterpark and private beach. We had 2 adjoining rooms overlooking the river and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very pleasant and gave us a warm welcome. I love this hotel, it is my go to whenever I visit Dubai. The facilities are super modern and clean and it does not have the lingering smell of smoke and age that many of the hotels do. A very beautiful property facing the Burj Khalifa. The mall was within walking distance even in the heat. The fountains out back were under construction which we did not know prior to making reservations but the hotel upgraded us to an incredible suite to make our stay special and memorable. The staff was super kind and helpful for everything from sending out our laundry to coordinating taxis to our destinations.

Just like every single St. Regis hotel, the consistency in the excellent service can be felt. We went there for a short 2 night stay and it was lovely. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel so much and mostly because of the amazing hospitality and kindness of all the staff starting from the reception desk to the concierge ( Mohammed) that helped us with daily tours recommandation. to all the staff in the breakfast dinning room that were so kind and charming. The best hotel we’ve ever been ! First class. Faultless , immaculate , top quality service of the staff. We definitely will want to come back.

The resort is top of the line in all areas. It's so beautiful and every detail complements the next. The staff are all professional and a delight to interact with. My 50th birthday in Dubai was like a dream come true. We can't wait to return.
