The property was very clean and the staff was super friendly. There are two pools and a restaurant next door as well as a pretty cool rooftop bar. There is construction going on around the entrance, but it will be done in time. I really enjoyed my stay.

I would recommend this property as was very nice and clean. Walking distance to many places. The best part it's right on the beach.

When my grandma and I first came we were greeted when we went to check in with free drinks and then room service always ensured we had water. Property has free taxi rides that work on tips. Bikes, beach chairs, beach loungers, umbrella. I think the only thing I wish the hotel had would be more food options at 82 degrees restaurant other than that the staff was super friendly and we would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to our family and friends.

This hotel definately exceeded our expectations. Even though it is an old building (built in the early 1900s), the staff is very proud of its heritage and previous famous guests. We stayed here for 2 days on a mini vacation. The location was excellent for visiting museums and there were plenty of restaurants. The front desk personnel as well as the rest of the staff were very helpful and tireless. The hotel has its own parking garage which was convenient. At this time it was $22 a day which was reasonable considering you didn't have to worry about parking or safety. We didn’t realize this hotel was BRAND NEW when we booked it. Literally open for a week and a half! I was blown away with how nice this hotel was, especially for the price! The HH is my go-to when staying in Downtown St Pete. It is central to everything; the water, restaurants, and retail. The Sunday Pool Party is famous and a “must” for out-pf-towners.

Super modern and clean. Definitely would stay again. Very easy close walk to the beach just have to cross one street.

The hotel itself was great but the surrounding area felt unsafe at night. Perhaps a security guard would make it feel more safe!
