"The staff are very helpful and pleasant and make you feel very welcome. The room was very clean and well maintained. The hotel is a little out of town, however the food in the hotel is excellent and has a wide choice, with a reasonable selection of vegetarian food, so no real requirement to go out. There are some very minor niggles so as no facecloths, or glasses in the bathroom. Also a low power light which can left on to enable you find bathroom in the dark, perhaps more important to the...

"This was our first stay here and will definitely be back when we next need to visit our friend. Doggy friendly Hacker had a lovely time. We were in Loganberry twin everything spotless. The room was hot but we are in a heat wave and they provide a fan which we made full use of! Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good. The beds were super comfortable our two night stay was excellent -see you again The Swan!"
"Arrived and were able to check in an hour earlier, we were shown to our room, and windows had been opened to allow the heat to escape. Amazing views. Room very clean and everything you need, water great selection of teas and coffees, and more importantly a fan.
Great quirky pub to enjoy a drink and meal. Very friendly staff and other guests and locals very friendly. Great puppy cuddles with Angus a huge bonus. Would definitely stay again."
