"We stayed 4 nights arriving on Sunday. We had booked Sunday lunch and too be honest my beef lunch was not good especially the price you pay for it, but everything else about the stay was fantastic. The staff are brilliant and our room was perfect and spotless, we will definitely be staying again. "

The only thing i didn't like was the check in information wasn't clear enough in advance. there was no one to speak to when I arrived and just check my e-mail to see their phone number or anything to contact them and found out that i just received an email telling how to enter the building. "My husband Matthew and l arrived at the hotel early evening. It had been a very long, hot tiring day. I explained that we had booked additional on the Friday due to having to do some meetings for work, as well as the Saturdays original booking. I asked if we could stay in the same room for 2 nights. Ahmed who had greeted us ,was AMAZING, and sorted all that out for us , and made sure we had a room with air con. Professional, warming and welcoming , nothing was to much trouble. Amazing other staff who were like family , it had a family feeling in the hotel ,so comforting and warm welcoming. "
