Had to make 2 trips to the front desk to get maintenence to fix it at 1:30am, phone in room was not working. Very clean, nice hotel. Bar was not great, very obnoxious waitress. Going back to London next year, probably will not stay there. "

"It was a great bare bones hotel me and my friend stayed in May and there was lots of pollen so our allergies were bad because of the trees outside of the hotel. Some reviews said that the trains underneath the hotel were loud and distracting but honestly it was pretty soothing."
