"Staff "

"We checked in late and the staff member at the front desk was very nice. The elevator, the halls, and the restaurant was clean. Our beds were neatly made and clean. We slept like babies. The pillows were super soft and the sheets as well. I love the Dove line option that was provided by the hotel. For breakfast, we opted for breakfast with our stay. There are no substitutions and our waiter was kind enough to inform us that OJ was and extra cost because it was not an option with our included breakfast for two that we prepaid for. The only con I found was that the floor/tile space between the coffee bar and closet was not thoroughly mopped. Luckily, we had baby wipes to clean it better."

"Beautiful hotel. Recently renovated. We were upgraded to a Presidential suite with an amazing view of the falls. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great. Some construction going on so it was a little noisy at times. They were having issues with the elevators also. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"This property is quite run down with many areas in need of repair. The first place they should start is the elevator. Breakfast was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. All guests crammed into two little rooms in the basement with the employees yelling to move out of the way as they try navigate through with food refills. Plus side: Beds were clean and comfortable, and the location is fantastic."
