"The property listed was everything we expected and received. Everything was clean and organized. Instructions prior to checking in were spot on. There were instructions for what to do at the end of our stay. We enjoyed the coffee, tea and eggs by her chickens. There was plenty of privately as we had two couples staying together. "This property is quite old, and there is mold in the bathroom. The main bedroom is not properly air conditioned and the rest of the unit is outdated and cramped. It is definitely not enough space for the amount of guests indicated in the listing. There was no hot water for a while so there was no way to take a proper shower, the host did not reply promptly with instructions to fix it. "GREAT location!!! We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much with the one exception of the elevators. They do not run efficiently at all. One was broken the whole stay, which left only two to serve the hundreds of rooms, restaurants and other amenities from the 14th to 22nd floor. It took up to 32 minutes to get an elevator, and they say express in the lobby!!!! Express should mean express - when you have one bay that serves lobby to 13, the other bay should only serve from lobby and then 14 and up, skipping the floors that are served by the other bay."

"Staff was amazing no matter what we needed no matter what time I asked for it they delivered. Nice to come into a hotel with nice smiling faces and polite people who are willing to help hotel was a 38 minute walk from the Falls but across the street was the way go bus, which was very helpful for $16 a pass per person. You could use it for 24 hours."

During this trip, I encountered a small hiccup and reached out to the management team after business hours. To my surprise, my email was acknowledged within five minutes, and both the General Manager, Nicholas, and Front Desk Manager, Ali, went above and beyond to resolve the issue promptly and professionally.
