"Excellent hotel from a room and dining standpoint. We loved the buffet breakfast and dinners. The room was extremely spacious…stayed in a western room with 2 beds and 3 tatami mats. The onset was lovely as well. Only downside was the distance from main attractions was a 30 min bus ride. "

The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views of Lake Ashi. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of our trip was the private open-air bath. It was so relaxing, and we had a great time soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The temperature was perfect—not too hot—so we could really take our time and enjoy it. It was exactly what we needed to feel refreshed. Overall, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. We had such a wonderful and memorable time. We'll definitely be back!"
