"we stayed here for three nights as we were visiting Disney for the first part of our trip, and we made the right choice! the staff was incredibly helpful, the room was spacious, and the amenities were great. they also offer a shuttle service to and from DisneySea and Disneyland, which was very convenient. also, there's a family mart inside the building, and another one just across the street, which is great for early morning/ late night cravings. the downside is just it's a little bit far from the metro station (10 mins walk)"

"Quiet location that is close to airport. If you want to visit Narita downtown which is a very interesting area with history and great local shops and abundant local food , this hotel provides a free shuttle there. Breakfast include good varieties of Western and Japanese food."

"This hotel looked absolutely stunning. I didn’t realize this was also part of the Disney hotel monorail line so it made it very easy to get to Disney with a toddler. We just got a standard sized room and it was very roomy compared to many other hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. You can also pay for breakfast buffet ($23) at this hotel and it’s a good variety of choices. I cannot recommend this hotel enough."
