"The location was great, easy access to the train station and popular areas. Room was mostly clean and compact. Staff were friendly on check in but when we asked to leave our luggage for a couple hours before check in they just let you tag it yourself and leave it in the lobby not secured.. we were worried all day about our luggage even though we know Japan is known for being safe.
