"The hotel is very centrally located which makes it a great spot to stay. However the hotel is tired looking. The lifts are really grubby and need a refresh. the toliets downstairs also need some TLC. The staff couldn't have been nicer and I would stay again for the shear convenience. The beds were basic but comfortable. The pillows are too small and not comfortable. "

Their spa facilities are impressive very modern and very relaxing. Paying for parking was the only issue. Other than that what a wonderful stay. Thank you"
