"Walkable distance to the main attraction and Namba Station which is very convenient. Express train to Namba station from Kansai airport don’t need to take another train line to get to the hotel. The room was spacious for 1 person and can lay suitcase flat. I would stay here again. "

"Overall stay was excellent. The best location possible if you’re idea of a vacation is to shop like ours is. Won’t ever consider staying anywhere else while in Osaka. The staff and hotel accommodations are top notch. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking to have a great time with style and class. "

"Lots of signs around the area showing you to the hotel, so it is easy to find (this part of osaka can be a multi-floor maze!) The hotel is on top of a mall/food complex, so access to shoping and dining was very convenient! The hotel staff were very nice and quick to help, the downstairs amenities were nice (worlds coldest drinking water!). The shower/bathtub is a whole room, which was really great, and the bed and view were incredible. We really enjoyed our stay!"
