"The hotel is great, room is big for Japanese standards and the bathroom is the best feature. Staff is very helpful, they all speak English so it is easy to communicate. The amenities, breakfast, etc., are simply great. Yes, it’s a great modern hotel right by the beach in a wonderful town. I wish we had stayed longer, it is worth staying for 2 weeks or even longer if you like the beach, surfer Hawaiian style."

This was by far one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. It was wonderful to wake up, grab a to-go breakfast at Lawson’s across the street and walk a few blocks to yamashita park. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are luxurious. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We could not believe we got this room for the price we did. It’s easy walking distance to everything you could want in Yokohama. We will definitely stay here again.

I really liked the Kamakura Prince hotel. Some may say it is dated, but I think it had a classic mid-century modern/art deco look which I thought was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There are two restaurants: (i) a Japanese teppenyaki restaurant; and (ii) a "European" restaurant.
