It was both my parents’ wedding anniversary and their birthdays, and I wanted to surprise them. After booking, I realized my reservation was not for three people, and instead only for one person and two twin beds. I reached out the hotel via WhatsApp, and the team was incredibly efficient and supportive. They quickly helped me find a solution: I booked an additional room, and they even offered a discount.
