Check in experience was poor as my wife was denied room access before I arrived despite messaging in advance to explain she would be there first. Reception staff were rude in handling this situation. The rooms are clearly minor refurbs from the hotels previous exeistence and lack the quality and flair of the Edinburgh and (sadly now non existent) Glasgow hotels. Bathrooms in particular are dated Overall a pretty flat experience from a brand that promises more. "

"The Hub at Spitalfields was absolutely fantastic! It was so comfortable, quiet, clean, ideally situated, close to the underground and within walking distance of the Spitalfields Market and Bishopsgate. The rooms are small but modern and lovely. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the bathrooms have rainfall showers. The Hub has become my go-to for UK travel!"
