"First off. The location is perfect if you're looking for that small town vibe. Hiroyuki-san did a phenomenal job with communicating with us before and during our stay. The fact that they also offer a free shuttle service to and from Kawaguchi Station is a huge plus as well! Oh, and if you're staying in a villa that is facing Mt. Fuji, you will definitely see Mt. Fuji, weather permitting, of course. Hiroyuki-san was very accommodating to us and was always ready and willing to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. Honestly, for the price, this place is kinda hard to beat for what it has to offer. If you're looking to stay in the Fujikawaguchiko area, DO NOT miss out on this place!"

"The vibe is like a home. It has a beautiful night city and sky view. This is a benefit of being on the outskirts of a city. The staff was helpful to schedule a taxi. The controls for lightning and air conditionier were hard to understand."

"Staff was friendly, but the kiosk to check-in felt less warm than a normal check-in. Room was clean and neat, the bed was hard which I've heard is possible for Japanese rooms. A bit odd that the best way to walk there from the train station was to walk through a large park, but it was fine."
