"The pillow in the hotel need changed, I can see the brown colour of the pillow, bathroom is dirty and sewer was block, when you have shower your feet is in the water. And there is no warm water."

"My stay in Cool breeze Hotel, was disappointing. I was asked to pay extra amount for AC. Which was already payed for on Hotels.com. I was told if I do not pay the extra cost for air conditioner they will not check me in. I paid it and asked Hotels.com for a refund, unfortunately the Hotels.com was also not helpful in my case. "

"The name Sheratton (with double t) confused me with well known quality hotel owned by Marriott. There is no quality in this hotel. I didn't feel like even taking a shower.
