"Staff were very attentive and the we couldn’t fault breakfast at all. There were some dirty bits in our room such as a few stains on the carpets and some dead flies at the bottom of the curtains however the building as a whole was lovely. We had a wonderful view of the gardens and the location was great. Would definitely stay again."

"Lovely room with ensuite shower. As soon as you walked in you could smell cleaning products. We stayed in the Alice room which had great themed items which the wife loved. If I were to mark this property down at all it would be for the on-site parking as it's a first come basis but I'm not reviewing the parking so I won't. There is a carpark across the road which I had no issues with my car the next day. It is in a neighbourhood watch area."

"Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was tasty and well presented. Breakfast was self serve and plenty of it. For the future to consider in the bedroom i noticed that the electric socket is a round 3 pin by the bed. It would be better for a update socket to be put in so it allows power leads for charging the ipads/computers/ telephone while in bed. Just a suggestion."
