Beautiful views and very responsive staff.The only thing we did not like was leaving to return home.

Very big room and right in the middle of historic Palermo with all the shops and dinning. Also, great made to order Breakfast each day from a very helpful staff.

A newly opened hotel in great location - close to the beach and restaurants. Very nice and friendly staff. Great pool with excellent view over the sea. The breakfast is quite extensive.

My wife and I loved our stay here. We booked it for our last day in Sicily because it was near the airport. But when we arrived, we realized how extraordinary this hotel is. It’s absolutely beautiful—with service to match. The pool is incredible. And the staff treated us like royalty. We particularly enjoyed Luigi, our server, and our meals were excellent! Salvatore, the hotel manager, also went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend staying here.

The Agilia Ortigia Charme Hotel is absolutely superb. Firstly, we were lost in Syracuse, but when we called the hotel to get some guidance, very nice man name Marchello gave us excellent directions and then met us outside the hotel which was a huge help after a long day of driving in Sicily. The property is gorgeous and the building is very well maintained. The seaview to the harbor and ocean is serene. There is no noise from the marina or harbor. Staff was very attentive. The rooms were not missing anything. They were generously outfitted with robes, pool sandals, pool bag etc. we had a very memorable stay.

We booked a room in the Rock annex. It was an entire, fully equipped apartment. The Rock annex is located across the street and down about one block from the main hotel. To be honest, other than doing the initial checkin and a walk around, we never went to the main hotel building. The pool is located there and there is a small bar. Located on top of a hill overlooking a valley with Greek ruins. A full moon lighting the night. All seen from the balcony or your bed. Lovely grounds and thoughtful staff make this a great place to unwind, and the beach front is only a 5 minute drive away. The only negative is no lunch service, but dinner is worth the wait.
