"Shuttle is not complimentary it is available from 20-30 dollars one way to the airport. The swimming pool floor inside pool was green due to algae so we did not use. Locales used but we did not use the swimming pool. Room was clean and did not smell. Price is unmatched if you don’t need pool. If you like western style eggs, ham, and toast it’s good. If you like Cambodian food you have to eat elsewhere not a buffet style breakfast. I would stay again. I hope pool floor gets cleaned."

"This is a large hotel which has clearly not recovered guest numbers yet after COVID-19. If nearer to the centre this would be a great hotel, but it took 40 minutes to walk there. Only 5 minutes by tuktuk though. The pool is the hotel's best feature and the staff try their best to be helpful."
