"The check-in process was very simple. Our host, Camilla, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment's location is unbeatable, close to Siena's Duomo and the square and shops. Everything was great. The only minor issue is the heating in the room. We came from a warm place and requested a little more heat because it was too cold for us. Since it's automatic, we did get cold one day. Other than that, everything was excellent."

"The property has been updated. Everything you could need was provided. All the place looks new and the appliances and cookware very nice. A great living room and a very comfortable kitchen dinnig room with everything you need. The downsides is you need to go up by stairs 3 floors. There is only washing machine no dryer. You have to park the car far from the apartment and walk like 12 minutes from the parking."

"My husband, 16 year old son, and 14 year old daughter stayed here for 2 nights. Communication with Luigi was very easy using What’s App prior to our stay. The apartment is spacious and had the basic necessities for a short stay (towels, napkins, coffee, laundry detergent). The location is great and close to a supermarket for basic items. We walked all over and it was hot! The AC worked great in both bedrooms."

"Everything from booking to checking out was excellent!! The apartment is huge with huge bedrooms!! It was super clean. The photos are exactly what was posted but even better in person. The bedrooms all had their own TV’s. Three beautiful bathrooms and a great big kitchen with tons of housewares if you are cooking. The location is excellent with walking to all of the sites to see, tons of restaurants and down the street to the campo square. Easy to book and meet up for all your winery, history...
