"Exceptional well stocked home. Excellent pans and cutlery. Well stocked cabinets (salt & pepper, coffee filters, etc) Great porches with on all three floors. This house provided everything we needed to have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation.Nice location near Sikes Cut."

"My biggest complaint was the initial communication and cleanliness. Communication is that this property is managed by a real estate company who list it on VRBO but doesn't use VRBO for any of its initial communication. They sent an email with the details that sadly went into my spam folder. It was sorted after we got there but would be nice to get a follow up VRBO message or a reach out the day before telling to look for this. I dislike the third-party listing as it seems misrepresented with VRBO's policy. The second issue was when we arrived the place didn't seem like it had been clean sufficiently. There was a note from a prior guest thanking the owners and the place seemed like it needed a good thorough cleaning. Curtains were stained, the toilet had some hair leftover in it, and the floor/bathrooms where suspiciously mold looking. Our checkin and the cleanliness was what tanked the review. The place was amazing and was overall pleased with the surrounding area. "

"On Point is a great property and very well appointed. Plenty of space for big families. Property manager was responsive and friendly."

"The property is ideally located; just a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet. The home is very clean and well furnished. The pool was heated to perfection. We had a few minor snags and the property manager was excellent. They took care of any issues in a prompt and friendly manner. We will definitely stay with them again! "

"This was a Family Vacation. Grandparents, Parents, Kids, Aunts and Uncles. This home is perfect. A little older and a little wear and tear, but very clean, beautiful, comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay. Staff was wonderful. Location was exactly what we wanted. We will definitely stay here again if it's available for our next family beach trip! Thanks so much! Oh and the beach rental voucher and the company that fulfilled it was SPOT on! Such a great addition to our trip! Easy-Peasy! Loved it!"

"The property itself was perfect. The kitchen was not stocked well. No oven mitts, no casserole dishes. I do cook when we do this annual trip so breakfast casseroles we a no even though I brought the ingredients. Perfect beach location and community!!"

"Amazing!! We come to SGI every Labor Day weekend and this is our new favorite! It had everything we needed for 4 familes with kids ranging from 10 months to 13 yrs old. Soo close to the beach was great for easy acces and quick naps for the little ones. Five stars!!"
