One of the best things was its location — very close to Istanbul Airport, which made my travel so convenient. The taxi service arranged for me was on time, smooth, and very comfortable. It brought me straight to the hotel without any issues. The price of the hotel was quite reasonable considering the quality of service. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and comfortable stay near the airport. "

"Customer service was terrible at Kuzey park (games area) When I voiced my concerns, they do not take criticism, they started to blame my kids in their response, which shows how much they care about their customer relations. Wifi didnt work in rooms. Bracelets are not accepted on all facilities, still need to carry your bracelets and your card. Even small amenities like iron, tooth paste/brush... are cost extra. There are nothing around the resort to do. Food was mediocre. Facility/rooms and garden is well kept, Restaurant staff was friendly. "
