"We had a garden room initially, but the walls were very thin and not sound proof, so we asked to be moved into the hotel and it was far nicer, modern, sound proof and clean. The staff were very helpful moving us. The car parking was a bit frustrating - we were told that the car parking would be included in the bill when we checked out, but when we drove to leave, we were told it hadn’t been paid - seemed to be a lack of communication more than anything. "Great property and excellent stay. Only drawback was the location. On average took about an hour taxi ride to old istanbul. The metro station that is close by was closed. Other then that would recommend "

"The entire staff was amazing . The restaurant staff was beyond superior . Always attentive, professional, hospitable, polite. The housekeeping gentleman assigned to my room on the 9th floor was the best . Never intrusive and always on top of everything. The front desk staff extremely knowledgeable and kind. "Check in was quick and easy. Room was a bit dark even with lights on but we were not in the room much. Staff were very nice and helpful. Most of the staff spoke english. I fell and twisted my foot and the staff were so helpful. They gave me an ice pack and checked me constantly. Would deffo stay again."

When Mr. Tufan from the reception desk saw that I waited a bit long on the check-in que, he upgraded my reservation from standart double room to suite. He was so kind and helpful like all the other hotel crew. I’ve had a wonderful stay there. I definitely recommend this hotel. "
