"Many problems with this hotel. 1. My room smelled of sewage/mold on several days. 2. The cafe food was mediocre. 3. There are not drawers to put clothes in. 4. There was no bathtub. 5. Shower water pressure was weak, although the handheld nozzle had good pressure. 6. The water temp kept changing during the course of the shower, requiring adjustments several times in one shower. 7. No coffee maker or similar- just a hot water kettle and instant coffee in tea bags. No cream. 8. You get 2 regular towels and 2 hand towels. That's it. 9. You have to set up a reciever to the rather small tv to watch Netflix (only if you already have a subscription). 10. I'd say this hotel is good if you aren't going to stay in it for very long during the day, don't want a bathtub, are a single occupant, have no sense of smell, go out to get your morning coffee, have multiple layers because the room gets cold, and don't have much to spend on a hotel room. It is conveniently placed in the city, with 2 different metro stations near by and close to many things. It's not much to look at and doesn't come with extras. Next time I will stay at the Shilla Seoul, which is MUCH more luxurious."

"Very basic room. For the price that I paid, a room with a view of the next building wall (1016), was almost unacceptable for me. Hassan (staff) working aa a receptionist was very helpful. As a non-Korean speaking tourist he was a big help figuring out what I purchased. With that level of engagement, I will give him a 5/5 rating."

"We were given the wrong room which was smaller than the one we booked. It was resolved after 1hr, probably because it was so busy as it was around 4pm around checking time. When we finally got the new room, the fridge was wobbly & had a hard time using it. The bathroom sink & tub had some rust around the faucets & the ceiling ventilation cover didn’t fully close. Overall the room was beautiful but I could see that it needed a bit up-keeping… "

"The internet was sufficient. The clean room staff very diligent and helpful. The breakfast was adequate but somwtines cool nkt warm enough. A hotdog was unusual for a breakfast item as well as pasta noodles. The staff worked hard. The lighting was very low for acbreakfast meal.Lobby staff were very attentive and friendly. Free parking was appreciated for needed events. "
