"We chose this hotel as it claimed to have a 5star PADI dive school on site. It was closed! Booked with another school who collected us, but we had missed two days diving. During our visit there were 4 British, 6 Italians, 6 Germans. Everyone else were Russian. Fortunately I speak tourist Russian, but everyone else felt uncomfortable being in the minority. "The staff and service were amazing. Food quality was excellent. The only issue I faced was that the AC was too loud in the sweet I had. This noise affected my sleep. We had to turn it off from time to time to switch between getting cool air and staying quite for sometimes. Other than that the hotel, the staff, the amenities, the food and everything else was awesome. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone, who is looking for a nice vacation in Sharm The l Sheikh."

"I am sorry to say that this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The rooms were dirty, the food was basic and the entire place was run-down and unwelcoming (within minutes of my arrival the security guard was asking for money to look after my hire car that was parked on hotel property!).
