The chef didn’t just cook — they told a story with each plate. The restaurant staff went above and beyond, especially the manager, who made us feel like honored guests every time we sat down to dine. "Unbelievable hotel. The grounds are beautiful and amenities are some of the best around. The breakfast is the best we’ve ever had at any hotel. The spa access was also a very nice added touch. Cleaning service and staff were outstanding, the best we’ve ever received. Would 100% come back and recommend. "

"Hotel Italia was the perfect base for our stay in Siena. Five minutes walk from the station and about 10-15 minutes walk from the centre . The room was clean, comfortable and quiet . Excellent buffet breakfast . Very friendly and efficient staff . Would love to return "
