"Strange location down an alley, off of an old cobblestone street. Had 3 different electronic entries, an old, tiny lift that didnt quite line up with the floor. It took being sent 3 codes to get to finally get in and there were roll down shutters on the outsides of the windows, which couldn't be opened. We never met a live person and the whole experience was strange. On an up note. The shower and bed were better than adequate"

"After seeing the lack of cleanliness and facilities offered by the hotel/B&B, we desperately stayed for 1 night and booked another hotel in Naples for the remainder of our trip. As soon as we arrived in the airport, we were told that travelling from the hotel to Naples or anywhere will be costly as it was limited to railway trains or taxis. The b&b was situated in another town so the cost for taxi ride was double and it was a 35mins walk to the nearest station which would've been useful...

"Palazzo Marage is a fantastic hotel that is very modern, very clean, with good amenities and very helpful staff. We stayed in the Exclusive Suite, which included a wet sauna, large indoor tub with jets, and a private terrace on the top floor with lounge chairs and an outdoor jacuzzi hot tub with views of Mt. Vesuvius on one side and the Gulf of Naples on the other. The 2 staff members that we interacted with were really great and went out of their way to help us, even with the mild language...

"Anyone looking to stay next to the water and great restaurants this is your place. Everything is walking distances. Communication and cleanness is wonderful inside the apartment and in the rooms with clean towels and beds made. Bathroom is cleaned everyday. The only downside is the place is tricky to find and public transportation is difficult and there is a lot of noise from other residents who live here and construction work. Nights are very quiet. Other than that it was a great place to stay...
