Needed to stay 4 nights when friends could not keep us, this was the closest hotel But it turned into a nice stay. The Breakfast is very good. Meat, eggs most mornings, boiled, and anything else. The room was spacious and anything we asked for we got. It is a family hotel, so there were school kids making noise some nights, a wedding on the weekend, But overall, it was a nice inexpensive hotel in a secure place with free parking and access to the train nearby for visiting Naples.

This is a spectacular boutique hotel! The views of the coastline and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms cannot be beat. Ok, I was admittedly reluctant to book an unknown place, and particularly in Naples. Naples is a crazy city (think NYC on steroids) and not my favorite, but we had to stay the night because of travel connections. The most difficult part was having a clear understanding of how you access the NAP guest house from the street address. Piazza Bovio is a well known traffic circle and No. 22 is on one side. Truly the most incredible service. They gave recommendations for food right when we got there and on our last day when the ferry was canceled assisted with helping me find other transportation. Best breakfast of my life. We were celebrating my 30th birthday and they brought me a candle!! The shower was the shower of my dreams. I would recommend this place to anyone!

This hotel was above and beyond... from the second we walked in, the staff ensured we felt like we are on vacation. They assisted us with as many things as possible. This hotel is absolutely delicious in every way, except finding it. Being city dwellers from LA and quite street savvy, we ignored previous reviews and attempted to drive there ourselves. DO NOT. Unless you want to fight with your partner for 2 hours and absolutely hate the place before you even arrive. Just park the car in a safe lot and take a taxi- or better yet, don't bring a car at all. The hotel offers modern eclectic decor. Very unique... Including multicolored lights in the bathroom shower area. Friendly staff and great restaurants that are walkable.. We stayed here recently, family of four with two kids. The hotel is neat and clean, modern looking and the the food is amazing, especially the buffet breakfast which is included in the price. The location can't be beat, it's right in front of the pompei ruins and there are awesome food places right near the hotel. The staff were amazing too. I would love to stay again at this hotel.

Great location less than a block from the main plaza. Our room was right next to the elevator and we never heard a sound. Only a few blocks to the train station and bus stops. Many great restaurants nearby. Best breakfast buffet in our whole 26 days in Italy. Left a jacket and they had it sent to our next hotel on Capri for a minimal charge.

I absolutely love this hotel. Have stayed there several times and wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else. The location is so convenient to the square and right in the middle of al the activity. The rooms are beautiful and breakfast is always delicious. Mario does a wonderful job making sure everyone has anything they want for breakfast.

Highly recommended for people who are looking for a quiet place. Staff offer beyond and above excellent services. Breakfast is excellent. The staff Enricco was awesome!
