"Villa Capri is beautiful, clean, and well located, but our experience was marred by ongoing construction that was not disclosed to us ahead of time. When we arrived, Raffaella explained that the unit below us was being remodeled. As a result, scaffolding impeded the spectacular view and during work hours there was the noise of sawing, hammering, drilling, etc, below us.
