We were not guessing when we arrived on the process to check in Directions were spot on and we arrived with ease even in the dark. They provided snacks for us which came in hand when we arrive late and my kids were hungry. The house is clean and warm The host were helpful when planning tours or if I had questions and gave wake up calls when the auroras were out. We were grateful and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Gilmore house and Fairbanks in general. "
