"Our family of three (5yo son) stayed here Mother’s Day weekend which was also the birthday weekend of our son! This place was absolutely magical! The location was perfect for us as it was a quick drive over Stevens Pass to Leavenworth where we spent most of Saturday. "The A-frame itself was cozy and well-stocked, and it exceeded our expectations for comfort. We slept very well up in the loft, with the sound of the Skykomish lulling us to sleep. The hot tub was a nice bonus, too. But the real star of this show was the jaw-dropping scenery. To be surrounded by soaring jagged peaks and high forested ridges, with the turquoise river churning by, was awe-inspiring."

"This is our 2nd time staying at a Tree Line property and both were exceptional. The cabins were spotless and well stocked with all the necessities as well as additional things like board games. I’ve been in direct contact with the staff on both occasions and they have been nothing but friendly and helpful. They will definitely be our first choice in the future."

"Overall good location excellent views everything that could be needed to prepare meals and store food adequate heat sources the only complaint is the lack of adequate sleeping options for couples of who do not have children one request would be more comfortable sleeping options for the lower level ie a daybed with a slide out underneath or a Murphy bed that could be stored against the wall instead of the bunk bed it just doesn't serve the purpose when the only other option is a windy spiral...

"This cozy cottage was everything we hoped it would be and more. We loved the train running by, it added to the Christmas magic. Very clean and had everything we needed, we enjoyed the hot tub and armoire of board games. The only negative was the shower pressure was a little light, but overall a small detail and we were very happy with our stay. We will definitely be returning!"

"We had a very nice time at this home by the river. You can’t necessarily access the river from the property but it’s a short walk into town and a short walk to a river access point. I can’t describe the beautiful views from the main level and the master bedroom. "Overall great place! The only area for improvement is the BBQ. It is worn out and cooks extremely slowly. Both tanks of propane were empty when we arrived too :( We did have the foresight to bring our own tank, but ended up using the stove to cook instead because the BBQ was frustratingly slow. Other than that the place was awesome! I hope this feedback helps! :)"
