"My family loved the privacy of this home while still being close to people, places and things we wanted to see. The house was immaculate and furnished with everything a guest could want or need.The beautiful Berkshire Hills were perfectly framed by the large picture windows. We loved the nostalgic and eclectic furnishings that made this house a cozy home.It was a wonderful retreat after a day of hikes, runs and visiting family and friends. The family all agreed they’d like to come and stay here again."
"Well the little fridge they had in the room hummed loudly all the time the freezer needed to be defrosted I bought a couple of frozen dinners and couldn't get both of them in the freezer. One of the draws on the side tables when I pulled open the drawer one side of the handle came loose I was able to screw it back in but it needed a screwdriver to tighten it up all small little things but a inconvenience none the less"

"I could not be more satisfied with the experience we had during our short stay. It was actually very nice to be more in the quiet Cove vs the main lake area… Paddling via canoe or kayak to the main lake area and swimming off of the island there was quite special."

"Hinterland Hall was the perfect place for my husband and I to decompress after hosting a destination family reunion. The aesthetic is absolutely stunning. The furniture is comfortable, kitchenette is well appointed, and the storage is clever. We enjoyed snacks on the cozy back patio and movies on the projector at night. Super comfy bed and wonderful linens all around. The bathroom is next level! We enjoyed exploring Lanesborough and the other beautiful surrounding towns. On the MUST DO list is visit Red Shirt Farm for fresh produce, locally sourced products and AMAZING breakfast bagels. Our stay was a very relaxing and unique experience that we will never forget. "
