"Clean and spacious house. Hot water ran out after a few people took shower even though this house sleeps up to 14 persons. Jacuzzi didn’t work. Everything else was good."

"Large house right on a small lake in a gated community. Community offers tennis, pickleball, volleyball and basketball courts as well as 2 swimming pools and a small beach with lake swimming. House was well appointed with very comfy beds and so much space. Our family of 10 fit perfectly with room for more. Loved the outdoor space. So many restaurant and shopping options 15 minutes away."

"I stayed with a group of people just to gwt away for the weekend and we had a great time. The house was very nice and had a lot of room. The was a an issue with the fridge not being clean but i let the owner know and he apologized, no biggie. Great communication back and forth before, during and after stay."

"The house was beautiful, just as pictured. The hot tub is inside a screened in porch, so in the winter it’s cold but total worth it. Communication with owner was prompt and easy. She was kind, understanding and attentive to our needs. We Would definitely stay here again."

"The property was nicely situated in a quiet area with ample space to accommodate our larger group of 11 persons. The hot tub was amazing on the cold winter evenings. The deck space was great with adequate seating for bbq. The rooms were nice and 2 living room themes were great. A lot of games (darts, pool table, cards, jenga, etc ..) and activities to keep all engaged. "

"This property is beautiful and expensive. To pay as much as we did and how it is advertised, the expectation is that everything is spectacular and absolutely clean/prestine. It came short of that. -Pots and pans in the kitchen were dirty with grease on them -Oven was very dirty and looks like not cleaned in a while -Stove was dirty. -With a big group (and catering to a big group), you should also have a regular coffee pot not just the keurig...also the 'sugar/stirrers/tea bags and whole coffee...

"The property owner never gave me access to the house and she never answered my calls or vrbo couldn't even contact her we had purchased food to cook while we stay there from 12/27/22 to 12/30/22 so all our groceries went bad then vrbo tried to put us in a hotel and there system was down so we contacted friends to send us money for hotel stay and food..this was one of the worst experiences ever"
