"The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean though a little dated. They are currently under renovations so future guests may see some room updates and repairs. The location was AMAZING, not far from the Tower Hill Station and just a short walk to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, good restaurants and small shops. It was convenient to have the restaurant on site, staff was hit or miss with service, food was fine though a little pricey, even for the area."

"It needs to be understood that this is a budget accommodation. We are very satisfied with what we received for the price we paid. Staff were very friendly and wanted guests to have a great experience. Thanks for always asking us how our trip was going! "Very well located in Waterloo. The proximity to the main attractions within London. and to the tube stations really helped enhance the experience. Additionally, the rooms were simple, clean and well sized. Just comfortable for two adults. We didn't make use of the kitchenette, but it was nice to have it handy and available."

"Great location for touristy stuff! Right across from the Tower Bridge and multiple of the city sightseeing tour bus stops. Tube access to the District/Circle line right around the corner from the hotel entrance as well. If you have any early flights to Stansted and/or Luton airports, night tube will not be accessible so be aware. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, the staff were exceptional & professional. Will definitely be returning in the future!"
