"Absolute Gem of a Hotel, bed and pillows were comfortable, nice big room, absolutely fantastic Breakfast, one of the best I have enjoyed, this is a 250yr old building yet oozes character, attached to a lovely pub, some of the big brands and more expensive hotels could learn a lot from hospitality from these guys. "The service here was very good but the room was dirty. There was old trash and ear plugs under the bed and bottles of KY in the desk drawer which is not exactly what you want to see in your hotel room. "

"I enjoyed my 3rd stay at the Victoria. My room was good and the bed was comfortable. On this visit I did have time to stay for breakfast both mornings which was good. I enjoyed the evening meal in the pub area too. Having now determined which buses go where locally it was very convenient from Richmond station either by bus or walking. I enjoyed a walk in the evening into Richmond Park and did see some deer. Thank you to all the staff at the Victoria who were always very helpful and considerate....

"A very cheerful and helpful welcome which is always appreciated. The Hotel was conveniently beside the A4 and easy to find. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean and comfortable with all the expected amenities. Dining in the Hungry Horse was OK but not exceptional. The availability of a Snacks/Drinks Vending Machine was also a bonus. Would highly recommend."

"This has so much potential. The welcome was lovely, but the first thing we were told, after being given our key was that the battery was dying on the pad, so we would have to tap it 3 times. The room was spacious, with a ridiculous full mini fridge- only alcohol no other space! The toilet roll holder was broken and missing. The bed was very comfortable. "The Alma is conveniently located by the train station. It’s literally steps away. It’s in a great area with dining and shops in walking distance. They have a lively pub and quaint restaurant on site. The rooms are comfortable with space to stretch out after a long travel day. "

"The pub is on a busy road but the room was set back from the road and there was no issue with the noise. Plenty of parking available. Unfortunately we stayed on a very hot night, and even with the fan provided we struggled to sleep. "Booked due to convenience to Heathrow. Staff very attentive. Suggest a single queue for checking in. Had 3 staff members checking in people, but clueless guests who came in after other guests who were waiting their turn were allowed to check in first. They should not have been allowed to do that. made the rest of us annoyed."

"It was very close to High Street Kensington for station and shopping and within walking distance of many attractions. We were delighted to have an upgrade to a room with a view (a suite!) and to be greeted by the charming and helpful Devi on reception with her lovely smile. The concierge was also very friendly and helpful. "

"It is very convenient and central. It is walkable. It is in a great area. Supermarkets and several dining options are within a 4-6 minute walking distance. Great breakfast. Even if you don't opt for it while booking the room, take the discounted offer while checking in—good value for money. The underground is a 4-minute walk—the Piccadilly line is direct to Heathrow."

"It was much nicer than I expected Staff was very kind Hotel was charming, older, classic English,of a certain era. We loved it. I took the time to phone the hotel directly to let them know we would be arriving rather late…. I also requested a room with a bathtub which we were granted. We were pleased with all of it and will be returning "
