"I have stayed at the Sofitel Hotel before and it is consistently an excellent hotel! And incredibly convenient for those early morning flights at Heathrow the next morning. I highly recommend it!"

"Hotel itself was fine but the major down side is that my van was broken into and all tools stolen, the hotel saw this on cctv but never contacted the police, this happened around 9.30pm and we didnt know this had happened until getting to the van at 8am the next morning, 2 smashed windows and a hole cut in the backdoor. This ment the van was unsecure for almost 11 hours. For me after staying here regularly for work means i will not be using this hotel again "

"The room had blackout drapes. The bathroom had a good hot shower. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The pod to terminal five was very convenient as was the double-decker bus that runs about a half a block in front of hotel parking area."
