"Managed to park outside on the road. The rooms are getting dated but had what we needed for a night stay. Bathroom was ok although shower base was water stained. Coffee machine was a bonus though. Helpful staff and easy checkout. "

"We had a lovely one-night stay at House 41 while visiting Aylesbury Theatre. The room was spotless, warm and welcoming, making it a lovely place to relax after our evening out. Helen, the owner, was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was freshly cooked, delicious and the perfect start to the day. "Excellent location for travelling by tube into central London. Very helpful staff. Bonus points for Aldi and Tesco nearby! We didn't make use of the bar or breakfast option so can't comment, but breakfast did smell very nice! Parking was easy. Would use again."

"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."
