"An extremely clean and tidy hotel, staff were excellent and spa facilities extremely good. The one down side was the fact that we asked the staff at the front desk to order a taxi for us from the hotel to Flackwell Heath golf club. The taxi charged us a “fixed fee” of £25 for a five mile taxi ride. I suggest that The Crowne Plaza refrain from using Charlie’s executive cars from now on! This was a £10 journey at most."

"I was located in the new bedroom suite across the car park.. Very nice, all rooms have balcony with a view of the River Thames.. The bar staff were chatty and friendly.. Made to feel very welcome! "
