"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent service and amenities in the best spot in Aspen. Steps from dining and shopping, with a rooftop worth the visit.
Loved the staff "
"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite.
Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely.
They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response.
Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30.
Everything closed. No room service. Fine, but can someone answer the phone?
Staff did call us morning of checkout to...
"We booked a room that was supposed to come with a king bed and pullout couch. When we got to the room it was a twin bed with a pullout couch. Super inconvenient to find out after we checked into the room. After we spoke to the front desk, they moved us to another hotel nearby. We appreciated the change however they moved us to an older lodge that was not very clean and needs a lot of maintenance. "

"A little distance away from downtown Aspen but a great property that opens up to ski mountain. Free shuttle to downtown Aspen. Conveniently located off the highway. Clean and comfortable."
"Nice smaller hotel. We loved it! Staff was great! Clean and easy walk to downtown! Breakfast very nice and wine at dinner time. We definitely would stay again!"
"Super convenient and clean spot for myself and my family to enjoy all the perks of Aspen. Newly renovated, well appointed, and a super communicative host. Would definitely choose again on any future Aspen stays."
