The fridge was defrosting and leaking in the floor. Felt like a bit of a money grab—have to pay for hot tub towels for instance. But overall pleasant."

"The outside of the building looks terrible. Abandonbed. I thought my husband was joking when he said that was it. But the inside was completely redone and surprisingly modern and clean. Communication was terrible, but thank goodness the couple who cleans was there and they were a huge help, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get our access code. "
