"Bizim odamız temizdi. Birkaç havluda biraz kıl vardı onun dışında temizdi. İkinci günün yarısında otelin sıcak suyu bitti, bence bu sorun çözülmeli. Onun dışında mini bir buzdolabı olsa daha iyi olabilir. Konak olduğu için kliması yok, her odaya birer vantilatör konularak bu sorunu da çözebilirler. Genel olarak memnun ayrıldık."

"A lovely traditional hotel in the heart of the beautiful old part of the City, although in a pedestrianised area with shops and restaurants close by it was very easy to get a taxi in a nearby street to go elsewhere in Eskişehir. None of the properties in the old quarter look to have air con but our room had a fan and plenty of windows so we were comfortable even in the middle of August. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the free breakfast every morning, beautifully presented...

The location is great and there is a shopping center right next to it as well. Taxi station right outside and the hotel is one of extremely few with a pool, both outside and inside. We will stay again next year as always! I really recommend this hotel. "
