"We really enjoyed the week in Terricciola. Stefano, Marta and all the cats (especially three of them) were very kind hosts. Everything needed is in the appartment. Terrific view from the terasse. The pool was wonderful after a day of walking and sightseeing. The short gravel road that others noted is absolutely no problem for a normal car."

"We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Tuscany. What a beautiful place! We loved the quiet peacefulness and the house was perfect for 15 of us. During the daytime you can use the perfect pool or take a sunbath on sun loungers. Great location to visit Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca & Sienna. The hosts Daniela & Danielle were amazing and nothing was a problem. Highly recommended! Thank you :)))"

"The staff were very friendly and informative, food was great, their own produce was great and the views were amazing. I would love to return in warmer weather when the pool is open. The only downside was being charged €50 cleaning fee. I missed it in the small print when booking. This wasn't a fine for leaving the rooms untidy, this is their standard charge for their 1 bed apartments. We stayed there 1 night and still had the same charge as someone who stays for a week. "My family of 5 LOVED this place! Clean and comfortable and just so relaxing. We loved visiting Volterra and nearby places during the day and couldn't wait to go back and swim and have drinks on the porch each night. We would definitely stay here again."

"This was a relaxing 7 day stay in the Tuscan countryside after touring Venice, Verona, Lake Como, Milan, and Cinque Terre. Since it was mid-October our party of 4 (in 2 apartments) had the place to ourselves. Our host Ilaria was most gracious and helpful in giving suggestions re restaurants, markets to visit, train rides. "We stayed in one of Giulio and Marco’s new apartments for a week and had a fantastic time. The amenities, pool, olive groves and sunsets are beautiful. It was easy to get to Pisa and Lucca (20 min) each. Giulio was extremely generous with his time, giving us a detailed tour of the farm and explaining how he is planning to increase biodiversity. Both he and Marco also provided lots of helpful tips on making the most of the area. Definitely recommend!"
