Surrounded by fields of rolling green hills, this house was the perfect place to relax on the patio with glasses of wine and plates of pasta. Sonia and Rosario were excellent hosts and their shop (on the premises) was filled with their company’s pasta as well as sweet goodies like biscotti. Highly recommend!"

"The villa is absolutly beautiful, more than fully equipped und the view over the countryside is breathtaking, especially with the sunset. The pool is big enough for 6 persons. Jean-Louis is super nice and courteous. The check-in was easy and welcoming. If you wanna have a beautiful villa in a super sweet area, this is the right thing."

"A fantastic, beautiful location to explore San Gim and surrounds. We were warmly greeted on arrival by Laura & Andrea with a glass of their excellent wine. The apartments are spacious and well appointed. Pool area is lovely. Breakfast is fab! The walks around the vineyards are lovely and our dog loved being there. Wine tasting is a must!"

"The villa is old with problems. The beach is not at all – large stones, through which not everyone will climb. When we arrived, there was water running in the basement and because of this we had no electricity all night. The water was repaired only a week later. The railway is very audible.The good thing is that there is absolutely no people, even the neighboring villas came only for the weekend. "Mooie omgeving, zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Als je de tuin inloopt wordt je al verwelkomt door de geur van jasmijn. Huisjes zijn wel aan opknapbeurten toe, maar heeft voor ons niets afgedaan aan een paar heerlijke dagen op doortocht door toscane. Enige nadeel was dat er totaal geen telefoonbereik was. En in het huisje instabiele wifi. Maar zodra je het dorpje uit reed was er weer bereik. Voor de dames wel even omschakelen ;-) Maar het zwembad maakte voor hun veel goed"
