"Good communication, stayed for one night, close to airport. Host was very good for communication very quick replies for any queries we had. "

"It was very clean inside the room. Very basic. You could hear the street noise. No bottled water. The bed was okay. No blanket just a sheet; granted it is hot in Italy but I like a light blanket. The stairs are steep to get to the room. Don’t bring large baggage unless you are very strong. No handicap access."

"This was a great place to stay for an early morning flight out of Pisa. The walk to the airport is short and easy. The neighborhood is safe. Inside the Pisaland is a common room with a refrigerator with drinks to buy and complimentary juice, coffee and wrapped pastries. Then you have your own room and bathroom. The room was clean and had air conditioning. Also, the beds were comfortable. The aesthetics feel like you are in an older home. I would highly recommend staying here. "

"Safe and secure. Close walking to all of the sights. Beautiful modern room. The recommendations for restaurants was so very helpful. We wish check out was later than 10:00am as the luggage closet was full and we had to take our luggage around town for a few hours. Alec was extremely helpful. "

"While the location is perfect. There were not instructions about front gate entrance to the building ; which it did not work properly - because key has a trick to open . Otherwise , it will not open. We had to wait for a while with small kids outside. The elevator not always work , so I had to go down stairs 3 floors with 3 lugage. There was not soap or shampoo. The wall plugs in bathroom area did not work. Nice view of the tower from the hotel and walking distance a plus. Better explanation...

"Peaceful location with some great local restaurants. The hotel itself is good for the price, and while there are areas that could be improved, I won't go into them, as I appreciate that the hotel industry isn't an easy one.
