"Wow where do I begin. From check in to Check out. I had a wonderful experience. My ocean front room … I have never had anything like it before… two words to describe this place : PEACE & TRANQUILITY. This was my first time doing a Solo trip and I couldn’t have picked a better place. (I was debating between here and Be tulum, so happy I chose this place !!) it’s a lot more private and intimate. Not only was the staff attentive but they also made me feel very safe. Being able to communicate via WhatsApp was a major plus. Response time any time of the day also impressive. To add on … the food on property … OMG BOTH restaurant and cafe .. *chefs kiss* the salmon dish (MUST TRY!!) and the French dip sandwich !!!!!! I cannot brag enough. Also must try, the date and banana toast at the Bi polar cafe !!! I could go on and on but I’m sure you get it. Last but not least, THANK YOU to Diego and Ricardo !! Who were both super amazing and there to help from check in to check out. As a solo female traveler it felt good to feel safe in a place I have never been. I appreciate it and can’t wait to return !!!"
"I got full princess Jasmine vibes staying here it was stunningly beautiful. I opted to stay here since I wanted to relax and unwind it peace and quiet and that’s exactly what this delivered. The place is clean and no complaints on that. There was a lot of sagrado upon my stay BUT nothing hotel could do we just went on bad timing. Things I do think facility could improve on is the overall pool it was quite small as a 5’6 & 6ft couple we didn’t much enjoy the pool as we felt we couldn’t stand on it. "
