"We stayed for 2 nights in a room that overlooked the Bay Bridge. We loved our proximity to the Ferry Building and the ball park, and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go (ACT near Union Square, our restaurant in the Financial district, in addition to the ball park and Ferry Building). The room was comfortable, albeit small. Loved that they had a water bottle filler on our floor. Would have only added a glass pitcher in each room, as we had to continually walk down to refill our glasses. The staff was great, and we enjoyed our stay."

"the website said there was a shuttle at the airport, called to find out they hadn't had one in years. Also the door to the bathroom goes off the track and gets stuck and is very heavy to move. Scary if you cant open the door and get stuck."
