"Great location. Very clean. Loved the deck. Very nice having some starter provisions such as laundry soap and Keurig pods. Something we didn’t think about was the angled ceilings, which are obviously present in a property such as this. Not the best thing for someone over 6 foot . But after a few bumped heads, we figured it out.We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back to Solana Beach. Thank you, Jonathan!"

"Amazing property! Check in went so smoothly and was so easy. The unit was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. A kitchen fully stocked, towels in all three bathrooms, board games, books to read, beach toys, blankets, and so much more. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space in the closets. There is a loft with two beds but it is pretty hot up there even with the AC running so not sure if it would be a comfortable place to sleep but we did go in August with unusually warm weather. There were stunning ocean views throughout the unit. The two parking spots that you receive in the garage made it so easy when traveling with family. From the parking spots in the garage to the walk up to the unit only took a minute. The pool and jacuzzi were so nice to have for the kids. Although you really don’t need it when you have the whole Pacific Ocean right outside your front door. Just a short drive from the unit you have shopping and the most amazing restaurants to choose from. All in all 5 stars and cannot wait for our next visit!"

"My family had a great stay at this property. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and they even had coffee and creamer, which was much appreciated. My kids loved the pools and hot tub, as well as the stairs down to the beach. We had so much fun and it was so easy. The location was also great for walking downtown and picking up food and groceries. Host was super communicative and answered all questions quickly. I highly recommend this property and we will be back. The kids are already asking for another stay."

"The property was absolutely beautiful, we had a great stay. The only challenge for was the temperature in the guest bedroom. The ceiling fan was not operational so we had to get creative with the box fans that were available. However, that wouldn’t stop us from coming back again. You will love your stay here!"

"We stayed for 2 weeks in July 2026. Nick was incredibly responsive and helpful. Went above and beyond to install handrails on his pool and hot tub to make them more accessible for us. Home was spotless, well stocked, comfortable and ideal. House is located in a private setting, all one level with plenty of space, but close to the beach, restaurants, shopping. The pool was great, with lots of shaded outdoor seating, BBQ and plenty of pool towels. We had a great time! Would love to stay there again!"
